Call it Destiny

Sometimes in life chances come along. My chance began at 15 years of age, when I started the journey of life dropping out of school and running away. At age 17 I joined the United States navy. After returning home from Vietnam, I found I had left as a boy and returned as a man. With the guidance of my loving mother I sought education after receiving a GED and enrolled in a local university. After graduation I was accepted into dental school, and then was accepted into medical school. After surgery residency I became a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon which I have practiced for the last 20 years. Destiny has it that time can change all things. My time was an auto accident. After this accident I started writing music and have written all the songs on this current album. Seeing life’s struggles at first hand it became apparent to me that it was time to have a positive message to all people. The inspiration for this album came from kindness, generosity and love for others. The songs on this album were influenced by my life’s experiences. Through this journey of life with all of its ups and downs, I have found it is better to have a positive outlook. Whether you are a high school drop out, come from a broken home, or whatever your situation may be, you can make a difference.
